Help please, so confused

Help please
I tested my blood sugar many times and got the following
Before meal ,early morning
6
6.3
7
6.5

2 hours After eating
4.3
6.5
7.8
8.8

My question is that is this normal?
I am a bit worried

Please help
I am 39 years
 
Welcome to the forum, @assalhabsi.

These levels look pretty healthy to me, though I am sure you know that we are not allowed to diagnose on here. If you are really concerned, it would be better to take this up with your GP.

I also have to admit I am a bit confused. Did you take your blood sugar levels four times before breakfast and four times two hours after eating? Or are these readings over a longer period of time?

Have you been diagnosed with diabetes and if so what type and are you on medication?

If you haven't been diagnosed and have any concerns get a blood test and see what you HbA1c is. Some of the readings after meals are maybe a bit higher than I would like but the first step is to get a blood test
