Type 2 Help please

Ok been T2 about a year now Last night at work I lost all strength could not pick up a 15kilo pipe Which I normally carry under one arm About an hour later was fine My reading was 7.2mmol

do you do any sports ?

do you eat 1 gram of protein daily for each 2,5 pounds of body weight ?

do you count your carbs ?

do you eat low carb higher fat diet ?

maybe you were just exhausted ....

is your blood glucose usually that high ?

try to get your numbers of blood glucose even lower every day... so you will not devellope nerve damage over timebest to keep them under 6 or lower between meals...
