do you do any sports ?
do you eat 1 gram of protein daily for each 2,5 pounds of body weight ?
do you count your carbs ?
do you eat low carb higher fat diet ?
maybe you were just exhausted ....
is your blood glucose usually that high ?
try to get your numbers of blood glucose even lower every day... so you will not devellope nerve damage over timebest to keep them under 6 or lower between meals...
