Ive been looking and can't find how to get an insulin user ID card. Can anyone help please ?
 
Ask your diabetic nurse, they should have given you one that matches the insulin type you are on. It has space on for emergency contact info.

Also useful to check that the pharmacy give you the correct insulin. :)
