Help Required- Tresiba Query

Hi guys,

Anyone ever accidentally put in tresiba twice in one night.
Unfortunately today we had put tresiba in twice & are expecting a few hypos later on.
We are considering not to give tresiba tomorrow as it is a long acting insulin.
Will try calling his diabetes team tomorrow but assume they will be closed until Monday.
Any advice or suggestions will be appreciated.
 
My advice would be to keep testing. Hopefully as it's a very long insulin the overnight drop will be slow (?) , but if I wasn't confident that my cgm would wake me I'd be setting an alarm.

Good luck, not a tresiba user but I've made plenty of mistakes with lantus.
