Sounds like you're doing really well. GP isn't wanting to do any further blood tests so will see what I can get done on next routine test. However, 2 weeks ago I was feeling very unwell and found BP machine and readings were 202/135 followed by 198/133 and it was like this for 24 Hrs do contacted 111 and they advised me to go to A&E within the hour. High BP at hospital and was told I needed Amlopidene to compliment the losarten I was already taking. But.. My BP has been normal for years as was on Bendryfloride!! So was taken off that 3 months earlier. I'm ok now with new tablet.Been on Alpha Lipoic Acid tablets for two months now. Along with L arganine, Daily vitamins, and a Vitamin D3 tablet once a week which was prescribed by my doctor as my vitamin D levels where low. I had my diabetes review on Tuesday. I am now in the none diabetic range, liver function, cholesterol etc etc are all well in the normal range too. Doctor was surprised. I do however have to go for a heart scan as my dyastolic readings have been high each time I've have my BP down at the surgery. The pains in my feet and legs have gone and I don't feel as tired anymore.
