Help with desserts

Hi all,

My wife is a type 2 diabetic and loves her desserts.

Can anyone suggest any help, advice, reciepes or websites id really appreciate it

Go to the search facility and type in low carb puddings or whatever. Do the same in Google. Millions of hits.

Hi, go to Low Carb Section and then to Recipes, there are loads of low carb deserts there. Recommended are Soft Coconut Cake, Carrot Cake and Lemon Cake

Also buy sugar free jelly and if you want you can mix it with 1/2 pint boiling water and then just before it sets add cream or yogurt and whisk, lovely mousse
