You will have to establish an insulin:carb ratio that you can use for meal bolusing, and it is different for everyone. Next, get a better idea of how much carb meals contain by looking at nutrition labels and make an effort to limit the carbs. Getting to the point where you feel in control will also help you feel better about yourself.
