I've been doing a low carb diet since November last year and everything had been going well. been going to bootcamp and the gym regularly and have lost about a stone which I think Is fab for a t1 diabetic
. Any how over the past month I have not been as strict with my eating and over the last few weekends been eating things I shouldn't!!!
since then I've become better at eating but have noticed that after meals of meat and veg I'm becoming very bloated. (no pain though) and having trouble going to the loo!!! Does anyone have any ideas of how to overcome this??? I've tried senna but still have a distended abdomen
