Help with weight

My hubby (non diabetic) lost 2-3lb a week consistently by finally following lower carb and higher fat, plus some extra exercise. He still had wine at weekends and a treat of a bar of chocolate if he had been busy and active all day on a Saturday. He said he never wanted to and still doesn't want to snack on carbs. He eats about 60-90 carbs a day. His total weight loss has been 4stone, but it was only reducing the carbs to 60-90 per day that shifted the last 2 stone. He now a perfect bmi and is stronger and healthiest he has been in 20 years.

He recognised that increased exercise was important for toning up.
