But I do insulin after eat. Should I be checking before or after I do the insulin

What insulin are you taking? Just Novarapid?

If so, you normally only take this before main meals as it's fast acting to control BGs from the meal you're eating, though I'm no doctor/nurse so it would be best questioning your insulin instructions with your diabetes team or a doctor

So eat then novarapid then check could cause it to be high?
If check eat novarapid then 2hours n check will get different reading?

I'm not aware of anyone that takes their novarapid after they've eaten, only just before they eat, I believe taking your insulin just before your meal will provide lower post meal BG levels at the 2 hour mark (depending on what the meal was ofcourse)

My personal routine and Novarapid injections are:
  1. Test BG before meal
  2. Take Novarapid
  3. Eat Main Meal (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
  4. Test BG 90 minutes - 2 hours after meal
  5. If high, do some light exercise and do a couple more BG tests over the following hours
