You could boil some eggs in a kettle perhaps, and there are always cold choices - salads, tomato, cold meats from the supermarket, cheese, tinned salmon, mackerel, tuna etc. Do you have a microwave?
Foil in a microwave! You can boil eggs in microwave - I think you have to wrap eggs in foil, place in a bowl of water covering eggs.
I had the same thing happen in January and posted here:

I was so desperate to not miss my keto coconut breakfast for breakfast I bought an electric 2 ring thingy and used my slow cooker and microwave to get by.
You can do keto mug muffins in a microwave. As well as keto bread, scrambled eggs etc you can do bacon too though I doubt you'd get it crispy.
I'm saying all this but the only reason I have a microwave is to heat up my wheattie packs (used in pain relief) and occasionally family members will reheat missed meals.
But I can’t use microwave when I’m working. On Tuesday I’ll be leaving at 07.15 and getting home at 9.45pm. I won’t be coming home through that time.
Hopefully I can run into tesco and buy their Cumberland sausages and cheese rolls but those sausages spike me if I have too much.
But it might be what I have to do.
Night food and breakfast is fine because I have the hobs ok
Sorry, I'm confused. The hob works but not the oven or grill (properly)?
So, what were you planning to cook for the week ahead? Perhaps we can suggest alternatives that could be cooked using the hob and/or grill using the same main ingredients. The grill works but not the oven. Fab does but just no heat in oven. After an hour on 180 I could get tin out with hands.
Hon is fine as it’s gas. Oven is electric

Why not buy some pre-cooked chicken thighs rather than cook them at home? They would make a lovely lunch or two at work with some salad stuff. I would not trust the chicken not cooked properly. Quite dangerous in fact.
As for sausages, Tesco do high meat content ones with hardly any carbs in them. They also sell Hecks sausages, which are spicy and have hardly any carbs.
Is there a Tesco near work? At the moment there’s a 3 for £6 range of goods many of which are low carb and might make good lunches for you?

M&S though probably more expensive do a similar range of foods too
Are the sausages pre cooked?
Heck ones need cooking I believe.
They do the deli ones which I eat sometimes so might just buy those.
Pre cooked chicken is a good idea. Didn’t think if that.
That would work. Probably bit late now but can go to tesco tomorrow and pick up some
You have to cook the sausages, but you have a working grill, so no problem with that. The deli ones are probably high in carbs, so better to buy ones that are about 97% meat and barely any carbs and cook them yourself.
