From the hips down the middle and down the front of the legs feal like ive got stinging nettles under the skin tried getting help from the doctor he was now help l take pain killers to try to calm it down had it for 3 months can you help me or advise me

If it were me then I’d get in touch with the doctor again and ask for further investigation. There are a number of things it could be, and there may be treatments for the cause as well as the symptoms.
