Hi testing bloods and had two different reading for both third finger of left hand 10:6 third finger right hand 8.6 which is right.I am left hand ed.but due to accident can not use hand left .do you have any idea? Thanks mini 24

Hi Mimi again I use the access check and as said before I am confused.between the reading.would i better to change to a monitor which reads both hbl and blood levels and can you get such a machine

Hello @Mini24 All blood glucose meters have a variance factor so perform the same test twice and you will get different results, it doesn't matter which finger you use either, however make sure your fingers are clean prior to testing. I personally do one test at a time rather than multiple tests for this reason and go by this one result.

Do you mean HbA1c not hbl ?
