Help!!!

I’m type 1 diabetic been insulin dependent for 8years I’m also 33Weeks and 6days pregnant. I’ve been put on metformin to help my sugars go down as they have been dangerously high. I’ve been given some more of the tablets today as ran out but it’s saying different things on the box, I’ve been trying to research if it’s the same medication but don’t understand it. Please can someone help me as I meant to take one tonight.

Thank you so much I’ve been so anxious to take as they told me I can’t miss our a tablet but at the sane time I didn’t want to take it incase it was a different one x
