Not sure if I'm posting this right but seems no one has experienced my symptoms of loss of sensation in both hands,if this is the what the future holds it does not look good !!!!!

Have you discussed your symptoms with your G.P.?
I'll bump your post up to see if anyone can relate to this. We cannot diagnose on here and you really need some professional input to determine the cause.
 
I had partial loss of sensation in my left hand before diagnosis.

Since then as long as my blood sugars are kept about right I don't seem to have an issue with it.

I agree you should check with your GP sooner rather than later.
