Hi @M0hitm ,

I use 25/75, it's not always easy to make things work, you may have to make some changes to your diet.

What sort of food do you normally eat, have you reduced your carbohydrate intake?

Hi, I'm on 30/70 insulin as well with a history of acute pancreatitis. I struggled with high BG levels as well in the beginning. But after regularly watching my diet habits it's come down to 120-200mg/dL now. Thank god for that.

I've realised that worrying constantly about your BG levels tends to push them higher. So stop stressing. Time your walks according to your meal times.

Also, maybe you are testing your BG levels at times when your body has a sugar spike.

And try to walk more than 20 minutes daily at least twice a day. It helps alot. Believe me

Hope this reply helps you bring a little peace of mind.

Take care.
Preeti

BTW when were you diagnosed?
