Hemp hearts

what is your experience with hempseed ( hearts) I see they are very low on carbs
 
They are Hemp seeds. The seeds from the hemp plant and are pretty much 100% fiber with only trace amounts of digestible carbs. I have bought some and there are recipes for making a faux wild rice with them but have not tried it yet.

I mix them in my low carb tortilla also with berries and yogurt
