I use all the ones you have listed and I believe they do help to a degree.but what helped me Most is low carb .Is anyone using herbal treatments and possibly on top of taking meds like metformin?
I've been reading about taking supplements or adding herbs to food such as fenugreek, bitter melon, cinnamon, turmeric and more.
While there doesn't seem to be much actual proven research on these I am thinking it's worth a try.
Any advice is welcome. And of course, I'd only buy the items from a reputable source eg Holland and Barrett.

What about apple cider vinegar for cooking with would that work for you?Unfortunately balsamic vinegar contains enough sugar to show a difference in my readings - and peanuts, being a legume are not something I can eat..
