Sandy, please be careful regarding this pup.
The picture you were sent cannot possibly be the puppy they are planning to send to you because it is taken from a website maintained by a family member my husband's. That picture has been used on that particular website for over 2 years:

Hi Viv
Just phoned the breeder and put it to her about the website!
She said that is what JD looks like and she is sorry for misleading me!
She hopes that i get a understanding that Poodles make good agilty dog's!
She says that pup looks like JD and she will send a photo of him soon! Thing is she lives near where my mum lived and she knew my mum and haley! I doubt she would cheat me as i know her!

Sandy I hope and pray that all works out for you the way you want it to, you have been through more than enough lately, even if the puppy that you are getting isnt the same one as the one in the photo I am sure you will have lots of fun and love and cuddles with your new little one.

Sandy I too hope this works out for you. It makes me nervous that you have paid for a pup you have never seen. In matters like this it doesn't matter if the breeder is someone you know, and she hasn't been very up front with you so far.

im looking for a new babe too and this week ive had over 3 people send me pics that are the same,
its disgusting, theres also a scam going around where they tell u a family member is ill so theyre staying usually in scotland and they will deliver pup 4 you if u pay online, so i rudely told them what to do, be careful

Must admit starting to get worried now! As this breeders advert says that all the puppies are still for rehoming!
Then put another advert up under another name for the same pups!
Just hope i have not been conned!

Went up to Visit pup and decided that he is not going to be called JD now it doesnot suit but we have decided to call him Digby!
Here are a couple of photo's one of mum and two of pups and made the photo's smaller not to take up too much space.

Home at last!! Here is Digby!

Hi everybody!
Not been on for a while as been full of flu! Then ended up with a nasty ear infection as well as a eye infection!
Here are some pictures of our little digby! changed his name from JD to Digby!
