just thought i'd say been drifting for a short while after hospitalised but back firing on all cylenders am trying to get back on track,
now down to 18 stone 1lb had test taken for my second hba1c hope the results are even better than the last one 3 months ago,
no reason why they should'nt be so full steam ahead

yes getting used to the pounding in head its only short lasting but can't believe i put up with the angina problems for so long without seeing someone i just grew used to the tightness and pain in the chest and did not put it down to anything but the nitro helps soo much.

Yes - all going well Hope your HbA1c turns out even better than the last one. You've been having a bad time of it recently. I've got my HbA1c in about 3 weeks' time but it's difficult to improve on my last - 5.2! Just be happy with the same. Cheers :wink:

that was a good hba1c my last one was 7.1 i think, that was not so bad either really.
i'm wondering if they will put me on meds now after the last bouts
still proves i've got a heart lol :lol:
