Hello one and all, have type 2, also high blood pressure which may require tablets, thankfully the eye test came back ok,lots to digest and life style changes. prior to being advised type 2 did go on diet, in 7 weeks have lost 1 stone.weight loss now levelling out. thankfully have good doctor also the nurse has been good as well.i will have many questions to ask, like all newbies.

Congratulations on your weight loss - its a good start. Carry on like that! Glad the eye test was OK as that's so important. I've got my first just after Christmas and I'm rather nervous about it.
