I have been diet controlled Type 2 for several years and got out of the habit of testing my sugar levels. I've been very tired an achy for a few weeks and so started morning tests after fasting. The results vary considerably but mostly above 8.5. This morning at 9.30 it was 21.2 and at 13.30 it was 8.9 after eating an apple. I've since had lunch but run out of testing strips until I get home..... Any advice/suggestions welcome.
