Hi to all,

Today i took predenislone as my bowel problems wasnt resolving waiting for another colonoscopy appointment to come through and my blood sugar at teatime was 24 which went down to 17 but still high i dont like taking the dapagaflozin as i am then in the loo all day/night which makes it hard to try to sleep.

As you know the pred will raise your BG in the short term. Have you spoken with your doctor? If you are going for a general aesthetic, there may be a BG requirement. I hope the colonoscopy goes well. I saw that your have IBS. Have you looked at a low FODMAPS diet. It was designed by an Australian university for IBS. It could be tweaked to be suitable for diabetes.

Have you talked to your doctor about Dapagaflozin? You may be better on another class of medication that you are happy to take regularly.
