Hi everybody,been to see eye specialist

Hi everyone,
Okay some good news first,
I don't have glaucoma or catracts or any diabetic related eye problem.
now comes the bad news, He does not know what is wrong with me, he says my eyes are reacting normally and i should not be having any problems what so ever!
I should be able to see properly through my eyes without a problem!
But i do have a problem, i can just read the top line of eye chart eye field test was very poor!
Now he wants more tests that could take up to 6 months to be able to squeeze me in one!
i am so scared as my eyesight is real bad! With my right eye covered i released just how bad my left eye is! Can barely see out of it!
He said that i should not be having any problems what so ever with my sight!
He says that he is stumped on that one!
Hoe do i feel he asked? i answered scared stiff i am! Losing my sight is one thing but going through what i am going through right now with the vision loss is so scary!
He said that i should not be worried! I should just take one day at a time! OH i don't think so!
What next? I just don't know!

Sandy, you've had it rough recently, but this isn't such bad news. He hasn't found anything obviously wrong and is keeping looking. I hope it eventually turns out to be something easily correctable

Hi everybody,
The specialist said that he wondered if i have a inhearted family problem! as i had just recently found out that nearly every female in my family have some sort of eye condition in one way or another!
I just wish he could of said this is the problem!
But he said that my eyes look normal and should work normal!
Oh well i wish! If only that was true! That i was dreaming that i was looking out of fuzzy eyes all the time! And that i was reading my favourite book!
