those numbers you quote are not hugely high. Just a bit more than they should be and you haven't said what you ate
Even if you cut sugar and don't drink fizz, you might be getting a lot of glucose from the starch you eat.
Forget everything you "know" about healthy diet. Most of it isn't.
Try eating as little as you can of Bread and other flour based foods, pasta, rice, potatoes and cereals. Replace them with green leafy veggies.
As for breakfast. Eggs and bacon? :D
there's no evidence that fats are harmful. We've just been told it is so often. We can't digest whole grains unless processed and they are not good for us.
