Diagnosed with Type 2 after a bout of septicaemia 3 years ago desperately struggling to get my weight down could do with some tips, live in Reading

There is a lot of helpful advice on this forum and people on here manage their diabetes and weight control in diffent ways.
Have a good look around the forum on all the boards and then come back and ask questions. We are all here to help each other and no question is silly, ask away.
