Hi all, my name's Adam. I'm a type 1 diabetic, have been since I was 10, so for 13 years now. Have basically been a terrible diabetic, and recently decided to change and start taking care of myself properly, so have come on here for maybe some help and support, and to help others if I can, I don't just want to come on here at take without trying to give something back to the community.
