I was diagnosed type one 7 and a half years ago.

Particularly interested in diet and exercise relating to diabetes.

Live in London, 28 years old. Love music, literature, culture, travel, partying, art and philosophy. Love having a full life really! Found my diagnosis very difficult as I'm a spontaneous person and felt very limited by my Diabetes but I discovered ways to deal with that. Luckily I have no fear of needles. :-)
