My name is Jessie and I have type 1, I keep it in control through insulin injections and a carefully planned diet!

I was diagnosed about 10 years ago and have managed to not make too many mistakes since then.

Just hoping to chat to others who are in the same boat and make new friends

Welcome to the forum I'm 24, t1 since 2013 and have a pump.... Not that I know what the hell I'm doing with it most of the time yet!
