Hi been a while since I’ve been on the forum, but I’m having problems with my diabetes T2. Using insulin and Trulicity also take forxiga .
My weight is dropping and my appetite has reduced a lot, that I don’t feel hungry very very tired ,and depressed not sure if it’s my medication or something else.
Any advice please my levels are fine.

Welcome back, @Fifi26 .
I am sorry I have no experience of the meds you mention.
Hopefully some members who have will be along to tell of their own experiences, soon.
