Hello everyone out there, just thought I would say hi, I'm Jamie from Fife. Had type 1 for just over 19 years now but never really put enough effort into looking after myself so am in need of a bit of inspiration really......... Seems like a lot of good stuff on here for me to read through There's hope for me yet I suppose.

Hello J4mie. Once you turn things around and have good control, you will have a good chance at a long, healthy life. I have been type 1 for 64 years and am very healthy. Ask all the questions you want. This is a good place to get help.
