Hello all,

I was wondering if anybody could recommend or know of any insurance companies who cover people like myself with Diabetes Type 1 with income protection?

It's been a subject i've been researching this for a while now, although i have come across one or two companies i wanted to get the opinion of the forum on this and to see if there were any negatives/positives from certain companies.

Sorry I don’t know anything about income protection insurance. I just wanted to say hi and welcome and bump your post up :-)

I suspect that you will find that many insurance companies accept T1s as customers - for a price, and depending on the terms of cover that you require and your personal circumstances.

Thank Brunneria, i've been finding few insurance companies cover T1's for income protection. Though will keep looking!

Would be good to know of anyone in the forum has has taken up an policy.
