Acceptance of health treatment claims that are not adequately supported by evidence. I dislike it when people sell ineffective and even harmful alternative health products to exploit the desperation of people with chronic illness.
It's also a good idea to use a spacer, as that gets more medication into your lungs and less onto the surface of your mouth. It may even enable you to use less medication. In my experience it is better to have adequate preventer medication so you need to use less of the reliever inhaler, as those are the ones that can affect diabetes more.
