Hi,
It's ages since I have been able to use my computer :( , but now hopefully its ok. Mean while I have had trouble signing in. Just managed it to day but, how do I find out how to change my password.
Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask but canot find anything to help in FAQ. Have I missed it somehow!

You will have to contact the Administrator via a pm or E-mail, [email protected] who should be able to assist you.

You could also just go into User Control Panel, change Account settings there but you must confirm your present password to be able to do this.

I have a question as well which I couldn't find in the FAQ. How do you quote from a post? I have searched and searched but can't find general instructions for novices on how to use a forum. I have to say I am useless at anything involving computers!

On the right hand side of a post there is a button marked ' Quote'.

Press it and the quote will appear in a new reply box.

You then type in your message under the quote and press submit.

Thanks very much Sue. Which brings me to another question as there is so much useful information on this forum including what you just told me. How can I, if its possible, print out a post. I'd much rather keep useful info on paper in a folder rather than try to find it again on line. I'm old fashioned I know... :(

Easiest way is to copy then paste it into a 'Word' document or 'Notepad'.

There is a printer symbol at the top right hand of each thread from which you can print out the whole thread if you want.

Thanks again for the info. I hadn't seen the printer symbol. Can I ask you another question as I am really ignorant about these things. How do you include a link in a message? How does everyone else know these things and I don't :?:

We only allow certain links on the forum.
To add a link copy the address from the bar at top ( Http etc) then paste into your post.
