Hi All wonderful, strong, dynamic and mindfull fellow diabetics. I've had type 1 diabetes since i was 2 years old and now 37. Yeah i've sure learned the hard way some times as i have lots of stories of highs and lows. I control my type 1 with Novorapid and Lantus and lots of exercise. I find exercise and knowing what to eat fundamental to managing my diabetes. Anyway, just wanted to say hello to everyone, and if anyone has any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me direct. I really believe sharing experiences is key for our growth and better management of our diabetes.
