Hi Type 1 + 1st time here

I am a type 1 i was diagnosed about 7 years ago at the very young age of 34 :mrgreen: . the honeymoon period on Humulin I was fine for about 2 years i then got changed to a bolus /basal treatment and the 1st year was great then its been downhill from there.My HbA1c was at 6.9 for the 1st 2 years and has risen to 7 then 8.3 and is now 9.0
I am in the loop (so to say) for a pump and hopefully will get one
So here i am and a big hello to everyone out there

Welcome to the forum. Have a good look around and if you have any questions just ask. There is a T1 section on here as well, might be worth a look.

Looking at your profile you may well be able to answer some of the posts about Retinal screening on here.....?
