Firstly jus wanna says thanks for all your discussions. Find them enlightening and encouraging. Now have courage to join. Diagnosed as ?type 1 - Oct 08. Diabetes under pretty ok control - but the carb thing ?????? Insulin 2x day, walk loads and even better window shopping - great diabetes control. Love the low carb/low fat debates. Still panic over testing and insulin 'jab's. Hate hate needles! My 'hypo warning' is on the blitz - so no idea when one is happening.
