), there are lots of resources on this site to help you and lots of people with varying experience to offer a warm welcome and hearty handshake ( and all that). If this is your 1st visit to the site, have a good old nose around and don't be afraid to ask questions. Diabetes is not easy to deal with but it's not impossible either with the right help and the right attitude. Dive in, make yourself at home and someone will be along with a nice cup of tea to help you along

Hi Biffmyster welcome to the forum I'm sure that by reading up on here you will manage to get your head round diabetes - we all had that trouble at first and, thanks to this forum, got sorted out. Any questions or problems just shout and someone will always hear.
