I’ve been type 1 diabetic for 9 years now and i also have coeliac disease. Since having coeliac disease my b12 has lowered from 440-180, so i went on b12 tablets to get them up a bit (as advised by my GP) and my blood test last week is now showing my B12 as 1207! Which is off the charts. I’m a little scared now and concerned because i know apparently excess b12 is meant to come out of your system naturally, and if it doesn’t there’s something wrong.. has anyone had this issue and does it link to Diabetes at all?
