High BG and exercise

Hi all,

What’s considered too high to go do some exercise? Having some unexplained highs this last week and want to get my numbers down with some pick and shovelling... thanks.
 
I'd not wield a pickaxe or sledge with a blood of over 14 as I'd get into it too much and miss the hypo after an hour or two.

This happened to me working on a building site a few times once over

Well I went for it in the end and got a nasty 19.5 down to 5.1 in about an hour and a half. I think I stopped just in time. Every T1 should be given a pick and shovel at diagnosis!
Suspect my honeymoon period is waning or my inject sites are causing issues as I’ve had a week of high mornings and evenings.
