Hi, my fasting BG is usually about 8. When I tested myself this morning it was 19.2. I have a major exam today, could the big spike in my BG be down to stress?

It does sound as if good old cortisol the stress hormone has worked its magic. Try eating something low carb and go for a stroll if you have time. I don't test myself when I know I am in for a stressful time, as the result only stresses me further!
