High BG with sardines !!!

@hichamgsm try your sardine meal again, earlier in the day, to see if you get the same results. More important, send a photograph of the meal so that we are all envious.
 
I'm not envious. I detest the things. :arghh:
It's not often we have opposite opinions. I have spent much of my life traveling to different countries for work or holidays and where fried small fish is a local dish it is always my first choice.

@Mr_Pot I already had the experience and the result was very good
I think my result before meal 168mg/dl after 112 it's down not up
 
I have sardines quite often no problems so far and they are one of the most concentrated sources of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA you can find.

I have sliced avocado with sliced tomato then sardines broken up and cheese on top all baked in the oven. I bake them in individual dishes so each of us has an equal portion.
