I am no doctor but it sounds like thrush, it thrives off high blood glucose levels particularly in the mouth as this is where excess glucose is excreted by the body, hence why maintaining stable blood glucose levels is essential. Are you under the care of a consultant or nurse for your diabetes ? If I were you I'd get into to see someone to review your control and get this looked at, getting your blood glucose levels under control is really important so they should be able to help you, best wishes.

Hi. Do you know why your blood sugar is too high? Are you on insulin and in fact on two insulins (Basal/Bolus)? Yes, it could be thrush (candida)
