Hi,
I've recently been working night shifts, and this along with some medication I take causes me to be in bed most of the day. As a result I'm very rarely hungry and I'm eating one meal a day (normally low carb) and maybe have a banana as a snack during my night shift.
I'm concerned because despite my diet, my hba1c was really high (can't remember how high, but to the point where my Dr. wanted to admit me to hospital).
I'm not at the clinic for another few weeks but I'm confused and concerned about why this is. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any advice? Thanks in advance x
