I'm probably a bit of an oddity wanting a high calorie diet on here. But I tend to eat around 3500+ calories to maintain my weight at 13 stone 12 pounds while being 5 foot 10 inches in height. Yes I know this puts me as overweight, but I'm someone of muscular build.

So if on a high calorie diet, what do you tend to eat to get what you need in without accidentally making yourself sick or feeling too nausious?

Hi @DaveTC :)

My situation isn't quite the same, but I do have a fast metabolism and need to work to maintain my weight. I eat three meals plus two snacks a day. I eat sufficient carbs for me, spread across those meals and snacks. I also have desserts sometimes eg Apple crumble and Greek yoghurt.

I add calories by choosing full fat milk, adding olive oil as a dressing, eating nuts, peanut butter, and oily fish, etc
