High Evening sugar levels

Hi all - having trouble with my sugar levels in the evening - cant seem to get them down even after a few hours of taking my medication - any suggestions?

What are the numbers ? Meds ? Food eaten ? Need a lot more info to offer any useful advice.

Hi ordinary chicken and veg dinner and 1 Metaformin tab level at 9.40 was still 10.6.

Exactly what veg was it Spain? And what was your reading before your meal?

Potatoes? How many?

If you have this meal again, try it with less or no potatoes and test again.

Depending how many potatoes you had, that's probably the cause. What were levels prior to eating ? Try the same meal another night, minus the potatoes, or at least reduced.
