High fat diet to help lose weight. Tell me something we dont know

- been type 2 and the fact i get no sodding help from the NHS at all
I just stated the low carb high fat diet yet to see proper results but it's worth a shot

I've lost two stone on it in 3 months. And my readings are now that of a non diabetic.

Similar to my experience , i lost 36 pounds on lchf since sept14 and my bloods now average 5.2 down from 16.5 , works for me :
