High GFR

Im a T2 long term and yesterday I had to visit the kidney specialist at the local hospital. My eGFR reading has been dropping over the last year and is now at 26 yet he said nothing to worry about come back and see me in 5 months.
I don't know about you but these readings seem mightily low to me. Any suggestions as to where I go from here would be very welcome.

Yeah Ive had two of those recently. One showed I was not fully emptying my bladder bit was told nothing to worry about. Im getting a bit worried by all the times people are telling me not worry. Ive also recently had a colonoscopy which found one polyp (clear) but multiple diverticula in all three areas of the colon. Again nothing to worry about.
