High levels on pump

Hi again so woke up on 26.1 then hi then 26.3 I changed cannula tubing etc then corrected with my pen. Came down eventually to 7.5 now just tested and back to 17.5 is it the pump causing the issue? Currently on minmed 640g and blood ketones were 2.2 now back down to 0.2 should I keep correcting with pen as opposed to pump?

I'd suggest changing the cannula again and also using a new vial/cartridge of insulin, preferably from a new pack if it's a cartridge.

What cannula set are you using ? Sounds like a set fail to me, I was on the 640g using the teflon sets and kept having kinking issues and so moved to the sure t steel tip set and never had one again - I kept a novorapid pen for these situations too so would correct with a pen if my levels when through the roof as it the best way to treat a high.
