So I've been diagnosed for nearly exactly a year but ivebeen controlling it with exercise and diet but this last week has been terrible at night times for no reasons I've been eating the same type of stuff at the same time and doing the same physical activities. But they've been constantly at 10s and 12s and tonight 15. But in the mornings and at lunch time they're 5s and 6s so I really don't understand. It's really getting me down as I really don't want to have to go on insulin it's making me feel so depressed and scared

Can it be it has anything to do with what you eat for your evening meal?

No because its the same stuff I've been eating for a year
So your body has changed the way it reacts either to your evening meal or else to the time of day. Or something else altogether. Is there something you can change in your evening meal to react to that?
